When HE said "YES"

I just want to share one of the most memorable events of my life this past 2014. It was not conventional to propose a marriage to a man but for me it’s worth it. We've been talking about starting a family at the age of 30 back then but it turned out that plans may change without prior notice. Ha-ha! If someone will tell, why hurry?

Psalms 90:10 As for the days of our life, they contain seventy years, Or if due to strength, eighty years, Yet their pride is but labor and sorrow; For soon it is gone and we fly away. Well, I love my man that much that I want to spend my 43 years with him if God will allow me to stay on earth that long. Besides, ten years of bf/gf relationship is already enough. How did it happen?

February 9, 2014, two days before his birthday, we had an outing with our very close college friends (Laiza, Pauline, Tope, Kring and her love Bombie) in La Luz Beach Resort. I have this habit of surprising my man since he’s so special to me. I don’t settle on regular gifts. Celebrating special occasion for the past 10 years drained my ideas of unique surprises. Thus, proposing to the man I love excites me. We did all the preparation in just one week not to mention our day jobs. That was a success keeping a small secret to a man na buntot ko araw araw. Rings, flowers, proposal cake and venue were all set with the help of the gang. Here are some of our photos with matching pre-nup photos kuno taken by our dear friend Tope:
